The Restaurant

The Restaurant - at The Georg, is the first dining experience under Georg Jensen. In line with the culture of Georg Jensen, the food at the restaurant will focus on quality, simplicity and respect for the craft, using western techniques and fine-dining standards to interpret local ingredients and flavours. Our executive chef has extensive experience in some of the worlds top kitchens, including time in the international culinary scene and michelin awarded restaurants.

Tuesday to Sunday (closed on Mondays):
Dinner 18:00-22:30
Closed for Chinese new year from the 27th of January until 2nd of February, both days included.



Food and Wine

The Food.

We believe in food where produce gets to speak its mind and the craft of the chef is apparent. We believe in focus and quality of produce and aim to showcase this on every dish. The courses all cost the same and are all the same size, releasing us from the classic menu format and giving the chance to choose exactly what we like. If we are not in to mood to choose and feel like seeing the best the kitchen can offer today, then sit back it will be taken care of.

In regards to wine; we enjoy cold climate wine with our food, our roots lay deep in burgundy, but extend all around the world. We only have wine here that we would enjoy ourselves and believe that a meal isn't complete without the company of good wine. For wine pairings please ask us.
